Good customer service here, difficult parking most of the time though. Very helpful staff.

Handy local branch rather than having to go into Maidstone town centre. Popular as there has always been other customers on each of my visits. Staff have always been helpful, friendly and have assisted me in using the new self service machines. There is however, still the option of using the "human" cashier if you prefer. Good open plan layout and easy access for wheelchair users. Parking is on the road outside but has always been busy on my visits. There is a free car park at the rear with designated Natwest spaces.

A great local branch and the staff are always helpful. However, parking is extremely limited, which makes visiting a painful experience.

Absolutely amazing practice!! I am a very nervous patient but from the moment I walked into the practice I was put at ease. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming. The Dentist was amazing and explained everything clearly about what treatment I needed to have any questions I had were answered by the dentist or the very attentive dental nurse. I cannot fault this practice.

I needed an emergency appointment as I was in agony, the receptionist went and had a chat with the practice manager as there were no appointments available they then went above and beyond and opened in there lunch hour to see me.

I am a very anxious patient. If you are too, I would recommend you register with this practice. Everyone, from Julie (frontline staff) to the dentist I previously had to my current one, are very caring and supportive. ( This is in stark contrast to my experience at the previous practice I was registered with). I can't recommmend this practice highly enough...

I have an excellent doctor - Dr CJ. Can't fault him. But the problem is I can't actually get to see him. I have just suffered two parental bereavements within four months and have now been tipped over the edge mentally and was sent home from work as I couldn't cope. I urgently need to see someone because I can't face work or even day to day life at moment and my BP has been over 180/90 for three days in the row and I fell generally very unwell mentally and physically. I have tried to see Dr CJ for three days by turning up at surgery asking for help. Yesterday( second day) i was told by reception he would call me later that day. This never happened. So I went down again this morning and after explaining my plight I was told that the note was on the system that Dr CJ was going to call me yesterday but they don't know why that didn't happen. I was then given a triage telecon by Dr S which did actually happen a few hours later He has signed me off work but that's not the issue - I need to see a GP. he said he would speak to Dr CJ tomorrow , given Dr CJ knows my history better but I don't have much faith. I tried to book an appointment with Dr CJ and the earliest I can get is just a three min telecon on the 7th and an actual appointment on 17 August. I feel I will either have had a stroke or ended up having a breakdown by then. Everyone knows anti depressants take time to kick in - a three week wait even to see a GP face to face is worrying. I was told by receptionist today when I picked up my it note that all I can do is ring every day from now on in the morning to see if there are any cancellations. Adding to my overall distress and making my mental health even worse. What to do?

Mr Chirag Patel originally took me on as a patient referred by NHS and has since diagnosed and then guided me through an emergency NHS operation on a retinal tear, another for a macular problem and also for subsequent difficulties with double vision. His balanced, professional and caring advice was given freely, always with my interests foremost and without regard to the time it took. The prescriptions he and his brother prepared have resulted in the best vision I have had in many a year and were converted into comfortable affordable pairs of spectacles by Neil. Which were right first time - how often did that happen for you? The administrators, Bernadette and Emily in particular, have made visiting the eye-catching surgery an easy pleasure. In summary, Eye2Eye are no-nonsense, customer- focused and highly professionally competent.

Convenient, but don't go there if you're in a hurry. Difficult to find with satnav due to postcode, look out for their signs with directions along the way.

Popped in on the off chance there would be a table for 3 , for Sunday Lunch. I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant manager, who was helpful and offered a table right away . We each ordered the vegetable Wellington , which was beautifully cooked as were the veg, Yorkshires and roast potatoes . Good portion size and great value for money . The service from the waiter was polite and nothing was to much trouble , Even when I had difficulty using the card machine to pay for the meal. In all, a relaxing and enjoyable time

Haven't had much luck with a beefeater. ..but dropped our daughter at a concert and didn't really want to leave the area, so decided to 'chance it'. Was proved wrong. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and most importantly lovely food . Nicly presented, Hot and tasty .

I came to this restaurant at a moments notice and was instantly greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. I informed the staff about my dairy free diet and they couldn’t do enough to accommodate my requirements. I was put at ease straight away and the chef was bought out to discuss alterations that could be made to my food. I am so grateful for all the effort that was made on my behalf and always recommend the hengist to friends. Thank you very much for putting me at ease and making my visit an enjoyable one

Went to Hangout on a smartbox gift for high tea. Found the decor where we sat a bit dark. Restaurant staff were excellent, polite, attentive but not intrusive. The high tea was all we could ask for. The waiter reckons the Sunday roast is to die for !!! We'll certainly give it a go!!!

poppy fields is a very popular place. Food is very good. staff always want to please you. clean and happy environment. lots of outside space to eat or kids to have a little run around. parking area good. i personally love ut there.

Such a lovely place, I loved the pub garden. The menu had so much variety and it wasn't really expensive. Food and service was fantastic. I would definitely go back
