The good news is that this place is big...very big.....and its range of products is extensive. The layout of the store and the general shopping experience is good. I did have one particular problem today....I was shocked that the shelf stacker in the fresh produce department had no idea what rhubarb was!! (No. He was not foreign.) My biggest beef however is with the cafe. It is the most awful eating experience I have ever experienced in any supermarket cafeteria anywhere. It has been like this for years. I won't go into a long list of what is wrong with the food, the staff, the wait etc. If you don't believe me you must try the experience for yourself. I have complained to the management on a number of occasions and it always gets shrugged off.
What a great store, open for 24 hours for our convenience, fully inclusive accessibility from parking to trolley design. Additional services range from an opticians, pharmacy and Tesco phone shop internally. They have a full range of fresh produce including cheese counter, fish counter bakers, olives etc They maintain a fully stocked shelving. A range of clothing to suit the whole family and a full baby range is available. Their electrical department has a full range for all areas of the home including accessories.
