Heating Service and Power Flush Having moved into my house almost 10 years ago my heating was long overdue for an overhaul as I was aware of issues with radiators, an overdue service on my boiler and gas fire and a dripping overflow tank. 247 Plumbing Solutions took a considerable amount of time assessing and advising me on the best course of action to solve my heating issues. 247 Plumbing Solutions successfully cleaned the entire system, replaced two radiators, an overflow tank, diverter valve and serviced the fire and boiler along with a few other smaller jobs. Always pleasant and polite, and exceptionally clean. I will be using 247 Plumbing Solutions for all future works and recommend them to friends and colleagues who wants a trustworthy and affordable plumbing and heating engineer in Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Aylesford and surrounding areas.

This is my second encounter with Cannon Services. They came to fit a radiator. Absolute first class job. I was so impressed that I cancelled my boiler service contract with British Gas and moved to Cannon. Today was the first boiler annual service. I was phoned 15 minutes before the agreed time to announce they were on their way. Arrived bang on time. Two very polite young men introduced themselves and started the job. Very quick and efficient. So refreshing to have a 'caring' company in this day and age!

I manage a day nursery in Kent and we returned after Christmas to find we were without heating in a very cold January. We received an excellent service from Cannon services, they responded very promptly and the engineers were very professional.

We were extremely satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Tom was professional and knowledgeable when carrying out the original survey, and we received a detailed quote very quickly. The price compared favourably with the other quotes we had arranged, so it was their professional manner which sealed the deal. The fitter, Lee Parker, arrived promptly on both days and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work. He was very professional, left all areas clean and tidy and was courteous at all times. He and his apprentice were a credit to the company. I highly recommend them.

Boiler packed up and wanted to change to combi system. Was dreading process but made right choice for once. Tom surveyed job, answered questions & left detailed quote for all the work. He left house with no hard sell, & apart from 1 follow up text no pushy phone calls. They matched competitors price and had 2 fitters complete job in 1 day. Dave & Roger arrived bang on 8am and worked non stop finishing job at 5pm. They were polite & helpful & checked we were happy during day. 10 mins after they left electrician arrived and completed job and took time to explain system. Rubbish was collected day after next, we had a small snag with boiler on first evening but was sorted over phone by eleven next day . Thanks to all staff at Your Heat, great job .

After experiencing the complete opposite of these three positives from one of its competitors based in Gillingham, we were thankful that Stove & Fireplace came to our aid and delivered an installation that was done with a level of professionalism from the fitters (Lyndsay and Simon), with no fuss and a smile!
