I had my hair cut and coloured today with Kelly and I have to say I’m absolutely thrilled, this is only my second time of visiting Tapers, My first visit was just a wet cut which they kindly fitted me in as last minute rush before my holiday. The staff are all very friendly, Kelly took her time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered me lots of advice on how to improve my Lego head bob ..... I came out of the salon with a fantastic cut and beautiful natural blond colour, my husbands first words were “Wow your hair looks beautiful “ The salon itself is lovely and has air con which was so nice after it being scorching hot outside. Thank you Kelly for making me feel fabulous, it’s always a worry when you are trying out a new hair dresser, I will definitely be coming back Amanda Smith ( Harding )

I've been going to Tapers for 5 years . The lovely and very experienced Kelly cuts my hair. I might add extremely well and always to my liking. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend

Had hair cut yesterday from just a straight cut to a lob was well done although i felt rushed by charlotte she said that having a dry cut it wont be a good cut but had it done by hannah and it was the best cut! Charlotte sounded rude had an attitude and seem stuck up hannah was the most lovely lady sad to see her go what a shame that theyve employed someone so rude!

Ordered a historical sword fighting book from them at a very reasonable price for its age. Was not delivered due to an issue with royal mail and heard no news for a week. Called Rewbs Books to enquire and they arranged a replacement for me the same day. Excellent service and very friendly.

needed to order a rear light cluster ford didn't have in stock. It only took two days for them to organise delivery from another branch so I had time to replace it before the boss returned from holiday. :)

Good customer service. Helpful to. Use this place all the time. Dodge the strood branch ,unless you have nothing to do for half an hour and enjoy waiting around for your stuff.

Website enter your car registration doesn't guarantee that your battery will fit. Complained online re a new battery that leaked onto my floor and left a mark no response? Took it back got a replacement that still didn't fit. Back again for a refund. Have used them before normally ok and very fast delivery. I remain dubious with regard to their database.

Having had a new rear indicator bulb fitted for just £5 recently, I went straight to Halfords when the other one failed. I watched as the mechanic made short work of the job; but instead of just doing what he was asked, he checked the circuit, and pointed out that the bulb was fine but the wiring was faulty. He spent some time manipulating the wires and got the light working, but warned me that the fix wouldn’t last. I was very impressed by his conscientious and helpful approach. £5 well spent! But there’s more . . . My Renault dealer offered an appointment to inspect and assess the problem in two weeks time - at a cost of £150! So I presented myself at Halfords again, and explained the situation. I did not have the correct tool to remove the light housing myself, so one of the fitters showed me a range of tools to suit and recommended a ratchet driver with multiple heads. I bought it and took it home. Twenty minutes later the indicator was working perfectly and I was feeling very pleased with myself. Thanks very much everybody at Halfords for saving me much inconvenience and at the very least £140!

Taken my car to 2 other garages for electrical repairs, I had a problem with my smart charging alternator on my fiesta, they did not check the alternator and just fitted a new one, cost over £200. then told me it was a wiring problem.spoke to Vehicle Electrics, they came out, checked the alternator just in case ( great to see they had specific equipment to do this) alternator all ok, and suspected old alternator would have been ok, then checked the wiring, eventually found a very small break in the wire (how they found it was amazing it was so small) repaired the wire and checked charging all done within 2 hours. great service, wish I had known this before getting the alternator replaced.

amazing service seeing as I changed my order 3 times lol very friendly and polite staff didn't have to wait long at all as they picked it straight away will be going back for all my car bits I also picked up a 🙈🙉🙊airfreshner only 1 pound odd I love it got all the cleaning gear I needed for my car also a dash can only 30 odd pound works amazing the picture is clear as day highly recommended always use them for bits to do with my car and the van we used to have

Top quality, they even washed and vacuumed my jeep during a product recall. They also gave it a complete health check too. Great stuff...

Bought a second hand car here with very low mileage. My brother has just driven the car 500 miles in France and states it drives really well. Craig was very helpful and obliging. Would definitely buy from them again.

I recently brought a car from this company, i must say i am very impressed. Not only did the car receive a full MOT, they also changed a number of parts. The car has been in for a small repair, this was fixed imediantly i could not ask for a better service. I would highly reccomend.

Visit this regularly.. fast and excellent service. Great to have a clean toilet in a petrol station... and the staff are always pleasant and polite.

Excellent with the new M&S food and fuel stations. Pay at pump would be perfect but unfortunately not available.

Absolutely blown away...An amazing place, not only does it supply petrol it also supplies the dreaded diesel fuel....curse of the world and guilty ( apparently) of causing fare ranging death and destruction to all four corners of the globe.... Causing everything from rainbow puddles, in service station urinals, PMT in prepubescent females , post mortem erections in Morgue's on Mondays, whole third world countries to die of thirst or lead poisoning via brass jacketed slugs and Mrs Arkwright of Slough street near, Moulton melbury services to fall pregnant at the grand old age of 92 even though 243 NHS imported doctors had certified her a virgin................ Oh, and they sell crisps :-)

Great store, never feel looked down on here.. always love looking round and have a good selection of merch as well which changes each visit.. I'm not a biker(yet) but come here to get the father in law bits.. maybe I'll come back one day for a bike of my own.

The best Harley dealer that I've come across. The staff couldn't be more helpful and Duffy (who sold me my bike) and the lady's upstairs in the clothing store are all very helpful and welcoming. The place feels like a big family that you are welcomed into with open arms. If you can, shop here 👍🏽

However I have been using Larkfield Cycles for many years now and I cannot praise them enough for their service, advice & knowledge! I understand things are quite often cheaper online but! You will never get the service or backup from the web than you will get from these guys! Nothing has ever been a problem wether just buying an inner tube or turning up 5 minutes after they should have been closed for them to help me out. Please don’t forget your Local Bike Shop as you would be lost without one!

It's a Currys PCWorld. Has basic things, if your looking for components it's the wrong place. For quick items it's fine (like sd cards). Had to find them myself as no one looked like they wanted to help, despite several staff members walking around and not seeming to be doing much. No bother I don't mind hunting a bit for items...

Quite well laid out and signed except for the tills and customer services where the lines were confusing. On our last visit there were more support staff than customers and I thought we would be harassed at every turn,but fortunately we found exactly what we were looking for and best a hasty retreat. After warding off the attempts by the girl on the till to sign our lives away on various schemes and extended guarantees,ignoring the last ditch efforts of the management to sell the bargains lining the route to the till and exit we escaped !! Having purchased just what we came in for -- Result.

Small florist, flowers always look fresh

I have used Hunker Down Daisy on quite a few occassions now and they have alway delivered promptly and the feed back from my family and friends who have recieved the flowers, has been very positive.

Best selection and arrangements of flowers you can get in the Maidstone area. The lady who owns the place is really helpful and nice too. Highly recommend this florist for any occassion, pre-order or simply walk in for a quick shop for flowers

Good with the understanding it's not a full size store. Plenty of variety for general needs, including a decent produce section. Ample parking which helpfully includes wheelchair access. Really convenient pick up point for John Lewis click and collect.

Waitrose really doesn't have clue about anything really. What clever nitwit thought it would be a good idea to pull out of Eclipse Park ??? That place would've made a killing! Loads of people wanted it there.

A fantastic shop with amazing variety of fish and all things pond or aquarium. The best thing is the prices, fantastic value compared to other aquatics places we've been. Very friendly and helpful staff too. I will definitely go again even tho its not very local. Worth the trip

First trip today and was impressed by the array of products available, not just pet foods either but a wide selection of accessories too. The prices seemed reasonable. The staff were friendly without being intrusive. When I took them up on an offer of help, they were great. Will be returning.

Ordered some abs pipe and some chemicals, all arrived the next day. Before ordering I did have some queries and telephoned ahead for advice which was given. Also to add to another review, I did scour the internet and prices are generally either very or pretty competive with these guys. Will be back for more stuff, Only have positive comments to make so far!
